1) Unique bellows-type contacts.

2) The construction uses impact dispersion keys to provide handling strength when the connectors are mated, and give the molded body the strength to withstand twisting and dropping.

When the socket receptacle and header protrusion are mated together, stress due to impact is dispersed over four locations to ensure a high level of shock resistance.

3) Guides are provided to take up any position shift and facilitate insertion. Design makes for simple and efficient mounting. Terminal coplanarity of 0.08 mm and construction resistant to creeping flux provides excellent mounting characteristics.

4) The connector has a simple lock mechanism that gives a tactile click when the connector is inserted correctly to improve connection reliability and connector lock.
